My Story...
In am running the 2023 Falmouth Road Race and raising funds to support The Michael Lisnow Respite Center.
Located in Hopkinton, MA (a town near & dear to many of our hearts💙💛) the mission of this wonderful center is to create a home away from home for children and adults with disabilities, a place that offers families a reprieve from the emotional and physical care needed by their children.
The Respite Center now provides intensive support services for hundreds of families including daycare, after-school care, adult day programs, overnight respite care, supervised residential placements, and community employment supports.
🏃🏼♀️I’m so grateful for my ability to run all the miles that I do - And I’m even more grateful when it can have meaning and help others.

The Michael Lisnow Respite Center is a home away from home for children and adults with disabilities, a place that offers parents time off from the emotional and physical care needed by their children.
100% of the proceeds will benefit the Michael Lisnow Scholarship Fund. This scholarship is awarded to children in our daycare whose families cannot afford services. Every dollar counts!
