Support the mission to save and heal lives through donation!
Thank you for supporting me as I run the 2023 ASICS Falmouth Road Race for New England Donor Services. Organ and tissue donation mean so much to me. I especially want to raise the awareness of tissue donation. My daughter, Catherine, was a tissue donor and I am a tissue recipient. Tissue donations help people with injuries, illnesses and physical traumas in ways such as ligament replacement, cornea replacement and bone graphs. All funds raised through this event go directly toward the effort to save and heal lives through donation...and helping more people join the Donor Registry. I'm really looking forward to running for donation this summer...thank you for being a part of this with me!
Description
New England Donor Services is the not-for-profit organization serving the region for organ and tissue donation. There are currently 6,500 patients waiting for an organ transplant in New England and countless others will require tissue to heal this year. With approximately half of the population registered donor, it's critical for more people to join the Donor Registry today. Funds are needed to help educate the community about the importance of organ and tissue donation and the need across the community. Give now and show your support!
