My Story…
As a father to a little girl, I am proud to help raise money for Girls on the Run (GOTR). The GOTR program uses trained coaches to implement research-based curriculum that builds lifelong healthy habits for girls. Girls learn the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of physical activity, as well as tools for navigating the challenges of adolescence. Each season concludes with a 5K event where the girls run at their own pace, giving them a sense of achievement and a framework for setting and achieving life goals!
Please support me as I prepare, train and race for GOTR at the Falmouth Road Race this August!
