My Story…
This August I am participating in the Falmouth Road Race as a member of the Shawn Thornton Foundation Team. This Foundation serves to raise awareness, contribute to research funding towards finding cures and to support families and patients affected by disease, mainly Cancer and Parkinson's. This is a cause that is close to my heart, as I have a loved one who is diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease. If you are able to contribute towards my goal of $1500, I would be eternally grateful!

Description
The Shawn Thornton Foundation is dedicated to helping find cures for diseases close to Shawn's heart, specifically, Parkinson's and cancer. The Foundation will work towards this mission by raising awareness, funding innovative research and helping to relieve the burden and improve the quality of life for patients and their families.
