Our story…

All funds raised will be supporting Cape Cod Healthcare's VNA Hospice. 

Hospice care can enhance the quality of life of those facing terminal illness. VNA Hospice is a continuation of the excellent care patients have come to expect from the Cape’s largest healthcare system. Choosing VNA Hospice means you can keep your own trusted physician, while adding a team of nurses, pharmacists, physical therapists, home health aides, pastoral care providers, medical social workers and volunteers to your community of caregivers.

Description

The Cape Cod Healthcare Foundation is a registered charity created to support Cape Cod Hospital, Falmouth Hospital, the Visiting Nurse Association of Cape Cod and critical services including the Dementia & Alzheimer’s Caregiver Support program, the JML Care Center and the Visiting Nurse Association of Cape Cod Hospice. Because of your generosity, Cape Cod Healthcare remains a non-profit, independent community-based healthcare system and delivers the highest quality, accessible health services, which enhance the health of all Cape Cod residents and visitors.
