Team Verge harnesses the power and joy of running to improve lives and connect people through inclusive, community-based training programs for all abilities. We expand access to the sport of running and team belonging to kids and young adults who have challenges and disabilities that limit their ability to successfully participate in typical programs. For some, we are a stepping to joining school sports, group activities, or running independently; for others, we are a home for fitness, competition, and social connection.
Description
Team Verge is an inclusive community-based, family-friendly running club for youth and young adults with and without challenges. We offer year-long season training programs and competitive opportunities for all abilities in track, XC, trail, and road. We are dedicated to improving the health and lives of all participants by helping them to expand their limits in a fun, safe, team environment with the individual support and challenge they need for success and athletic, social, and personal growth.
