Our story…
For over 35 years the Arts Foundation of Cape Cod (AFCC) has been a central and trusted resource for all the arts on Cape Cod.
The AFCC's work positively impacts our community through: annual grant funding; professional development support for artists through the Creative Exchange; connecting kids in need to the arts through AFCC Access; and advocating with legislators for increased funding and resources for our region's creative sector. Today that work has never been more vital to local artists and our cherished cultural organizations.
