This event is a 10.55km looped course set in both sides of the park.
The larger side of this course is 6.55k and the small side is 4k. The Aid station is in the middle of the two loops, every 4 - 6.55kms.
The course consists of approximately 4km of single track with a superb mix of flowing local walk trails. There is a fair balance between climbing and descending along with plenty of room for passing in between. This course is perfect for all aspects of running, flats, climbs and descends for both the trail and road runner.

The Multi-Stage Ultra is a series of stages for all levels of running abilities. All runners start together for each stage, unless you miss the cut off time; if you miss the cut-off time, you can still continue on your current stage and collect you medal.

Stage 1 – 21.1k starting at 6.00am
Half Marathon. (2 full course laps of 10.55km – Elevation 570m)
Stage 2 – 21.1k at 9.00am
Marathon (2 full course laps of 10.55km – Elevation 570m)
Stage 3 – 8k at 12.00pm
50k (2 x 4k laps – Elevation 250m)
Stage 4 – 30k at 1.15pm (Ending at 5.30pm)
50 Miler (3 full course laps of 10.55km – Elevation 855m)
There are no refunds for this event. Event registrations can be transferred to another participant, or you can pay a $19.00 administration fee to transfer your entry into the Runningworks Lark Hill Party Ultra.
