Make-A-Wish® is the world’s leading children’s wish-granting organization, serving every community across Canada by creating life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses.

Make-A-Wish® Canada’s mandate is to bring every eligible child's wish to life. In 2022, Make-A-Wish British Columbia & Yukon was able to grant 125 wishes in the region!

Every 20 minutes, a child is diagnosed with a critical illness. Every one of these kids needs a wish to help give them strength and joy. Wishes are more than a nice to have, they are a need to have, and they are an integral part of a child’s treatment journey. Research shows that wishes can help children feel stronger, more energetic, and more willing and able to battle their critical illnesses.    

We still have over 600 children in British Columbia & Yukon waiting for their wish to be granted and we cannot grant those wishes without your help.
