Our story…
Please help us reach our goal. 🙏💗 The kids and I, along with Laytons family have registered to walk in memory of our Layton this coming May. As you all may know he spent his final 12 days on this earth, here at CK Hospice surrounded by loved ones 💗 as heartbreaking of a time as it was, the time we all got to spend here with him was made possible by CK Hospice. We would love to be able to give back to this beautiful place if even in a small way. They rely heavily on donations alone to run its operations at no cost to all the families who use this end of life care. The nurses/dr/volunteers were all so caring and gentle natured.
