About Lutherwood
Lutherwood is a progressive, not-for-profit health and social service organization that strengthens people's lives in our community regardless of their race, ethnicity, gender, religion, or sexual identity by providing mental health, employment and housing services to more than 19,600 people annually in Waterloo Region and Wellington County.
Lutherwood's Children's Mental Health Services provide mental health support to children and youth between the ages of 6-18. These supports include:
- live-in treatment and assessment services
- family crisis and prevention counselling
- community and school-based interventions
- crisis support through Safe Haven Youth Services including emergency shelter for kids
