Bib Pick Up/Registration will be available on Saturday, May 13th from 3-5:30pm at Timber Axe Bar & Bowl, Town Hall Square, Falmouth, MA.
Race day registration and bib pickup on 5/14/23 will be available at Timber Axe Bar & Bowl, Town Hall Square, Falmouth, MA from 6:30am until 7:45am. Race day registration is $35.00.
Women Run Cape Cod 5k Tanks are guaranteed to the first 200 registrants. Size guaranteed if registered by April 27, 2023. Additional Race Tanks will be available for purchase on race weekend.
Award for top female finishers in Under 18 Category and 18 & Over Category
The Women Run Cape Cod 5K race is part of a larger women's fitness program that is organized by the Falmouth Running Club. This race, which is intended for women, is conducted on beautiful Cape Cod in Falmouth, Ma. The event has the purpose of empowering women and girls with the ability to encourage, motivate and strengthen each other through running. The FRC believes that every woman and girl should have the opportunity to grow and flourish through exercise.
This race will provide access to the sport of running in a safe and organized format that connects women and girls.
The mission of the FRC includes promoting and supporting the sport of running. It strives to offer competitive and recreational activities to individuals of all ages and abilities. To that end, all girls under the age of 18 will receive a free entry into this new race.

FRC will donate proceeds to Falmouth Volunteers In Public Schools, Inc. which is a nonprofit celebrating its 40th anniversary this year. One of the largest school volunteer programs in the region. VIP offers volunteer-led programs for students in in grade K-12. Be BOLD is a new wellness and mentorship program designed specifically for adolescent girls, with the goal of building girls' confidence through connections to positive role models in the community, while teaching skills to discredit self-doubt, build empathy, and celebrate individuality. And to the Massachusetts Breast Cancer Coalition (MBCC). The MBCC is grateful to our sponsors who support our mission of preventing the environmental causes of breast cancer through community education, research advocacy, and changes to public policy.
