ZOIS GREEK PIZZA EATING CONTEST is back and we’re bigger and better than ever – with over $7k in total prizes and more fun for everyone.

Come out and watch some passionate folks compete for pancreatic cancer research and patient aid.

For those who love pizza and hate pancreatic cancer!

DIVISIONS - Only 10 teams per division:

Female Amateur – teams of 2 females need to eat ONLY one small 10-inch Greek cheese pizza each – Prizes 1st $750/ 2nd $350/ 3rd $200

Male Amateur - – teams of 2 males need to eat ONLY one medium 14-inch Greek cheese pizza each – Prizes 1st $750/ 2nd $350 / 3rd $200

First Responders – teams of 2 male or female will eat ONLY one medium 14-inch Greek cheese pizza each – Prizes 1st $750/ 2nd $350 / 3rd $200

Team entry for these 3 divisions is $300 from fundraising

Professional Division – ONLY division for Professional eaters – THEY WILL NOT BE ALLOWED IN ANY OTHER DIVISION-

1-ON-1 EATING a medium 14 inch Greek cheese pizza – Prizes 1st – $2,000/ 2nd $1,000/ 3rd $500

Entry for the PRO division is $200 from fundraising

RULES

Each entrant must be 18 years or older to participate.

Teams are made up of 2 participants, no exceptions.

Teams must fundraise a minimum to compete (see minimums for each division listed above).

Throwing up will disqualify you immediately.

Pizza will be served at room temperature.

Water will be provided by Zois at the beginning of the contest.

Participants must sign a waiver upon acceptance into the contest.

ABOUT PROJECT PURPLE

Founded in 2010, Project Purple provides financial aid and hope to patients battling pancreatic cancer and funds critical research in the detection and treatment of the disease. Its primary source of funding is through peer-to-peer fundraising by individuals participating in marathons, half marathons and other physical activities. In 2022, more 15,000 individuals helped raise more than $1 million to support Project Purple’s mission of a world without pancreatic cancer. To date, Project Purple has funded nearly $3 million in research and provided more than $510,000 in financial aid to help over 1,000 patients cover medical bills, utilities and housing costs while undergoing treatment.
