Join us to "Run with Rankin" and support the Churchill Center & School Scholarship Fund!
Churchill Center & School has a long-standing tradition of having our students run a mile in Motor Skills class allowing them to focus their attention on running and working toward a goal, which is something that carries with them throughout their time at Churchill and beyond. In celebration of our Motor Skills Supervisor Mr. Rankin’s time at Churchill, our third annual event brings together students, faculty, alumni, family and friends to "run the mile" (or virtual 5K) to support Churchill's Scholarship Fund.
Mr. Rankin’s Final Lap
We encourage the entire Churchill community, local and beyond, to join us as we celebrate Mr. Rankin's 40 years of teaching excellence. He is retiring from Churchill at the end of the '22-'23 school year and we’re hoping to send him off in style! Mr. Rankin has inspired countless Churchill students for four decades – chances are, if you attend(ed) Churchill, he was your Motor Skills teacher!
Event Details
Choose either a 1-Mile (in person or virtual) or 5K course (virtual only). All participants will receive a Run With Rankin race t-shirt and medals will be awarded to top runners in each age bracket.

Virtual runners will complete their chosen course at any point during this week and enter running times on the event website by Noon on April 4, 2023 in order to qualify for a medal.

Winners will receive medals for best times in the following categories for both the 1-mile and 5K races (virtual and in-person 1 mile will be scored separately):
