Rita’s Run consists of two distances: 5KM and 10KM

Event timed by RacePro Timing

Event for all ages, run or walk

T-Shirt Cut Off Date: April 15

Medal Cut Off Date: April 30

The event will take place on Saturday May 13, 2023

Start Time:

10KM @ 9:00AM

5KM @ 9:15AM

The run will start and end at the Elks Compound in the river valley

Registration includes a shirt (if option is chosen) and a finisher medal

Proceeds from Rita’s Run will go towards the Canadian Mental Health Association

No dogs allowed

Stroller friendly

Walkers keep to the back

Be courteous of other runners
