Grab your family and friends, put on a Santa suit and run an IN-PERSON 5KM race in the very scenic Niagara on the Lake! Santa Suit and chipped timed results included!
The 2023 NOTL Realty Ltd. Santa and Elf Run is brought to you in partnership with Travis Cairns, Desjardins Insurance. 
NOTL Youth Collective Fundraiser
In partnership with NOTL Realty Ltd., this event is raising funds for the NOTL Youth Collective. The NOTL Youth Collective is a program dedicated to creating a safe, accessible and welcoming space for Niagara-on-the-Lake youth ages 12-18 years of age.

Anyone who places in their age category will also receive a special trophy (left image)! Participants of the 1KM Race as well as anyone who completes BOTH Santa Races will also get a special trophy medal (right image).

The overall male winner and the overall female winner will receive a free pair of running shoes courtesy of Altra!
Event Details
In the case of cancellation of the in-person race, we will not be issuing any refunds or returning the difference in pricing. If the in-person event is cancelled you will automatically be switched into the virtual race.

Travis Cairns is a local Desjardins Insurance Agent with offices in both Niagara-on-the-Lake (2007) and Niagara Falls (2016). Travis is a lifelong resident of the Niagara Region and as a husband, and father of three children, he is deeply involved in supporting his community. As a former member of the NOTL Rotary Club, he still sponsors many of their fundraising events, other charitable organizations & events, along with sponsoring several minor sports teams throughout the region. His family is also a strong financial supporter of The Village of Hope in Lincoln, namely during their Christmas campaign where the Cairns family ensures 10 local families have Christmas presents and meals. Beyond financial giving, Travis also gives much of his time as he has spent over a decade coaching his children in the various sports they have played over the years and still does to this day. Virtual Event Details
Track your virtual run/walk and submit your results for the NOTL Realty Ltd. Santa and Elf Run using the ASICS Runkeeper™ app
The virtual race can be completed anytime between December 1st and December 31st
How to track your run/walk and record your results using the RunkeeperTM app:
1. From your mobile device, go to your Race Roster dashboard for this event HERE
2. Click on the “Connect to my app” button, where you will be asked to confirm your name within the app (confirm your name and the event will be added to your app)
3. Revisit the Runkeeper™ app when you are ready to participate. From your start screen, click the flag symbol (bottom right) and select the race to start recording.
4. Complete your distance and save the activity. Your results will be automatically posted to the Race Roster leaderboard HERE
5. From the results page, click on your name to see your finisher summary
How to submit your results without RunkeeperTM app:
Please submit the results for your virtual race on the results page.
1. Make sure you are logged into your participant dashboard HERE.
2. Go to the virtual results page: https://results.raceroster.com/en-US/virtual-event/find?event=7hap4zgjykd54vdf
3. Click the submit a virtual result button
4. Enter your time it took you to complete the race and submit your results.
Everyone who posts their results will receive a virtual finisher's certificate.
