Welcome to the Learn 2 Run 5KM Running Clinic! We are excited to run with you and welcome you to Blue Nose Nation.
Your Learn 2 Run journey will include:
- Two coaches
- 10 weeks of training, twice a week
- 50% off your Lifemark 5KM race entry
- 10 sessions where you will learn all things running

Learn 2 Run starts March 7, 2023 and you will meet Tuesdays at 6pm and Saturdays at 9am at Zatzman Sportsplex for 10 weeks.
