Bulldog Fitness Challenge

The BulldogX Masterclass is a challenge showcasing the group exercise classes offered here at the Sanderson Center. This event takes place on the night of Feburary 16th, a Thursday night, with the BulldogX Masterclass Night where we will be hosting a large number of classes back to back for all of the students/patrons on campus to come and have fun.

The Battle of the Dawgs event is on March 3rd and will be showcasing a few of the strongman lifts and will be a great opportunity to test your strength in a more realistic way. The events include a deadlift, an overhead press, a medley of carrying various objects, and a keg toss. The winners of this event will be awarded with medals for Mr. and Mrs. MSU Strongman/Strongwoman. There will be food provided along with t-shirts and other swag for all participants. This event will take place outside the front doors of the Sanderson building on the concrete path and the grass areas outside. More information regarding the scoring, parking, schedule of events will be sent out to participants a week prior to the event.
