1. Choose the 14-day, 7-day or one day challenge
2. Enter as an individual, a family, or a team
3. Starting today, pick one of the following heart-healthy activities and log it into Race Roster (instructions will be emailed to you):
- 2 km walk or run on Wellington St. West!
- 4 km ski, bike, snowshoe on KichiSibi Trail!
- 30 min yoga, skate, dance, or workout!
Or join one of the many Special Merchant Challenge Activities we’ll be announcing online – for registrants only!
