My Story…
February is HEART Month! Here in Ottawa, we are incredibly privileged to have access to the University of Ottawa Heart Institute, one of the world's leaders in heart health research, life-saving treatments, and disease prevention.
They save lives. One day it could be mine or yours.
I'm taking on the 14-day BIG HEART Challenge (completing a physical activity EVERY DAYS, for 14 days to raise funds for the OHI Heart Month campaign. My goal is to raise over $500. Please join me in taking the challenge yourself, or donate to OHI through my fundraising page!
