TRILLIUM SPRING 5K

Our annual Spring 5k has become our largest yearly fundraising event in support of Family Reach! For 2023, we’re bringing together a global community for our most exciting race to date. With 500 runners for an all day event in Canton along with hundreds of virtual participants, we invite you all to join us on May 7th in supporting an incredibly important cause.

Family Reach is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides non-medical financial support to families facing cancer. Treatment requires more than medicine — families need a roof over their heads and food on their tables to survive. If a family can’t meet these basic needs, cancer treatment takes a back seat. We work with patients, providers, and community organizations to challenge the systems that force families to choose between their health and their home. Together, we’re making financial treatment a standard of cancer care.

Virtual Trillium Spring 5k Closed

Online registration closed

If you are not local to Trillium, you can still participate and raise money for Family Reach! Sign up to run our virtual race and run your 5k on Saturday 5/6 or Sunday 5/7. You can upload your results to the Race Roster app! Sign up for the virtual race by 4/30 to guarantee the delivery of your race kit before race day. We cannot guarantee race kits will arrive by 5/7 if you register after 4/30.

Trillium Spring 5k Race Kit

When you register for the in person race your registration will include a Trillium branded water bottle, sticker, and 1 beer at the post race party!

Not local to Trillium? We also have the option to participate in the Trillium 5k virtually! Virtual registration includes a bib, Trillium branded water bottle, and shipping.

Raise $1000 or more and receive the Family Reach running singlet and Trillium merchandise

FAQ's

Can I run with a stroller? Yes! We encourage you to get out there with your family!

What is the minimum age to run? There is no minimum to run the 5k; however, for the first time we will be offering a kids Fun Run for kids up to 10 years old!

Am I required to raise $300 to participate? No. While we encourage you to raise as much as you can in support of Family Reach, there is no fundraising requirement

When will I receive my race kit? If you signed up to run with us virtually, we will send the race kits out in April. If you are running in person, you can pick up your race kit on one of our pre race pick up dates or the morning of the race.

If I can not make it to one of the pre race bib pick ups, can I pick it up the day of? Yes. Registration will begin at 8:45am the morning of the race and you can pick up you bib and race kit!

If I picked up my bib and race kit early, do I need to arrive early to check in? No. You will not need to check in when you arrive; however, we recommend showing up early to secure parking and be ready for race time

Where should I park? The main Trillium parking lot will be closed for participants. There will be signs directing you to the parking lots next door at Tufts
