2023 Run 4 Your Cause

Support a partnering organization of your choice by running or walking 3.3K or 5K. $25 from your registration fee is donated directly to them!

Choose beautiful scenery through the Assiniboine Forrest with the Try 3.3K.

Strollers are permitted on the course for the 3.3K distance!

Prediction 5K

Predict your finish time when you register, and then run or walk a 5K without any devices or timers - the participant who finishes closest to their predicted time wins! You could be the fastest or the slowest or somewhere in the middlest of this genderless event and take the top podium spot if your guess was the closest. Tricky!

Prediction 5K participant will receive chip timers to accurately record their finish times, and we'll do the math to see how close you were to your guess!

You will be asked to enter your predicted finish time at registration but don't worry - you will be able to edit this time until June 7th at 11:59 pm.

Can't make it in-person on June 10th? You can still Run 4 Your Cause and participate at a time and location of your choosing (between June 9-25), and then submit your results to us! Find step-by-step instructions here.

Virtual participants are invited to pick up their finisher item (or have a friend grab it for you) at bib pickup, on race day, or we can mail it to you for a $5 postage fee (choose this option at registration).
