The 2023 Running of the Bulls 5k will be held at Bloomingdale Senior High School on Saturday, May 20. After a 2 year off-campus hiatus, we are excited to be bringing our race that is for the school back to the school!
Participants are welcome to run or walk the 5k! Walkers can select a timed or non-timed option. 5k participants receive a race shirt and finishers receive a medal. New this year! We will host a ½ mile fun run/walk on the track. Participants in the fun run will receive a medal but will not receive a shirt.
The profit from the Running of the Bulls 5k benefits the Bloomingdale Band. This year, Band Director Jon Sever is leaving Bloomingdale to take the position of Supervisor of Secondary Music for Hillsborough County Schools. We encourage you to invite anyone who has been part of Bloomingdale's band program for the last 19 years to participate and congratulate Mr. Sever.
