Spring Run-Off Training Run

Join us on Saturday, March 4th at The Runners Shop! Train with friends new and old to get ready for this year's Spring Run-Off in High Park. All paces are welcome, encouraged, and will be supported along the route!
Run, then hang out with your fellow runners while enjoying some coffee and snacks. Learn more about the Spring Run-Off courses and get a sneak peak of the finishers medal you'll earn on April 1st.

This training run offers a 5K and 3K route. Both routes begin and end at The Runners Shop. All runners are welcome to drop off a bag beforehand.
