Time and Date: 9 AM Sunday May 14, 2023
Location: Okanagan Lake Park, 86 Lakeshore Drive East, Penticton, BC. 9:00 AM.
Route details: Starts with a lap around the park and then a couple of good climbs followed by rolling hills that will lead out to where the KVR intersects Naramata Road. Following the KVR back into town and intersecting with the original course to finish back in the park. Garmin Link

Race Number pickup: 7:30 AM- 8:45 AM
Refreshments, awards, and draw prizes following race. There will also be a draw for a pair of New Balance shoes (courtesy of New Balance) and an entry to the Blackwell Dairy 15K (courtesy of the Interior Running Association).
There will be a special table set up with past race photos and cake celebrating 40 years of the Interior Running Association.Fee - $35 (19 and up)
$25 (18 and under) (lesser fee will display at the final payment page)
BC Athletics Competitive Member Athletes - $3 less
