Run Your Heart Out (RYHO) in Support of the Manitoba Mutts Dog Rescue (MMDR)!
MMDR is a 100% volunteer based dog rescue based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. We take in dogs from all over Manitoba who have been abandoned, abused, or surrendered at no fault of their own. At MMDR, we believe that every dog deserves to be treated as a cherished member of the family, and we do our best to provide as many dogs from our province with this experience.

Download the ResQWalk app on your Android or Apple product and search for "Manitoba Mutts Dog Rescue" before you start your run/walk. It will track your course and the app will donate money to MMDR for collecting kilometers! The app is free to download!

Paper registration forms and pledge forms are available by emailing events@manitobamutts.org
Collect a minimum of $100.00 in pledges and donations (either sent through this site, to etransfer@manitobamutts.org, or in cash / debit / credit card the day of the Run and receive a free entry into the 5K run in 2024! If donations are being sent via etransfer, please ensure that they make a notation that it is a pledge in your name so we can include it in your final tally)
