Every step counts... Every dollar counts.  We know there is much research being done for Breast Cancer.   Did you know that the research also supports having regular physical activity and support to assist you with your journey?  Our YWCA Encore Plus program has this is a unique program that is FREE to participants!  It is free because we work hard to bring awareness to the community to raise much needed funds to run this program.  We need your support too! Every dollar goes directly into the program and our participants are so thankful and appreciative to have found a sisterhood that is connected and supportive and creates lifelong friendships.

This year I will be carrying many dear friends in my heart as I walk the 5km course.  Some are with us on this earth and others are supporting from above.
