Together with my friends, I'm running the 1K Kids Run in the Hamilton Marathon on Saturday, November 4 – in support of TEAD Therapeutic Riding Centre! 

TEAD does amazing things with horses to help kids and grown-ups with diverse abilities and we're running to help raise money for TEAD so they can keep doing their awesome work ❤️ Every step we take is us doing our bit to help make the world a happier place. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️💨
