My Story…
I am sooo blessed to have turned 60 this year. Many that have been through breast cancer do not get to celebrate 60. This has touched me deeply this year with the loss of a close friend and with one of my other cherished friend being recently diagnosed. I cannot make sense of all of this sadness but I can make a difference in the lives of women that are impacted by breast cancer. As I participate in the Road2Hope for YWCA ENCOREplus, I know am making a difference. Quoting my niece, "The Road to Hope is never travelled alone". What a powerfully true statement.
