Guardian Games
The Health4Heroes Guardian Games & Expo is a large-scale, high energy, fitness competition event designed to engage the community in healthy competition, activities, games, and social interaction while showcasing support for our local heroes. Our Military & First Responder inspired fitness competition will engage co-ed teams of 3 in a series of events comprising of physical and mental team challenges , all while competing to earn awards and big prizes. The expo portion of this event will hold space for our community to come together and enjoy Military and First Responder static vehicle displays, demos, games, kid zone, music, vendors, beer garden, and more.
This is a great opportunity for the health & wellness industry, Veteran/First Responder service and support agencies, and all other freedom loving businesses in the Northern Colorado area, to come together and showcase their support while marketing their products or services to the many Veterans and First responders in attendance.

* Please note that if you do not have your full team registered within 72 hours, you cannot be guaranteed a team spot. We will award teams a spot in the competition level they sign up for based on how quickly they get their teams signed up. If your team doesn't sign up within 72 hours, you may lose the opportunity to compete in the category of your choosing. *
**If you are under the age of 18 years old, you will need a parent/guardian onsite throughout the duration of the competition, AND there will be a separate waiver that will need to be signed when you check-in at the competition.**

Guardian Games Fitness Competition Description
This year's competition will bring the heat! Co-Ed teams of 3 will compete in one of three 3 divisions; Open, Competitive, or Masters (Age 40+). This will be an all-out race to the finish as teams move through 10 different Military and First Responder functional fitness workouts combining physical strength, endurance, and mental toughness. Workouts will be released approx. 3 months in advance so keep an eye out for that so your team can strategize and train for this exciting event. Price is $75 per person. Discounts are available for Military, Veterans, and First Responders.
