Help Mackenzie raise money

I am so excited to share the Run to End Endo wall hanging of 2023! This fundraiser is hosted by The Endometriosis Network Canada and is to raise awareness about endo and provide support for those affected by it. Endometriosis is a disease that impacts 1 in every 10 women and there has not yet been enough research to show how many transgender and non-binary individuals it affects. Endometriosis occurs when tissue similar to the lining of the uterus implants abnormally outside of the uterus to form lesions, cysts, nodules and other growths. This can lead to many other health complications and is an extremely debilitating disease. Despite the number of people impacted, there is still no cure for Endo and most people are not taken seriously by doctors as they brush it off as typical menstrual pain or that the person is making it up and it is seen as a mental health concern. Fundraisers such as this one help to expand support and break down barriers to adequate health care. To date, the Run to End Endo has raised over $125,000 in direct support of The Endometriosis Network Canada!

This will be our third time participating in the fundraiser and we are so incredibly grateful for the amount of support we receive from you all that we want to give back to you as well! The wall hanging raffle is a way for us to express our gratitude and each year I try to create something new and unique. As always, for every $5 donation, your name will be entered into a draw to win this wall hanging! NEW THIS YEAR: Early Bird Entries. For all donations received before June 12, your entries will be doubled! We will continue our fundraising until July 31, 2023 and the wall hanging raffle will take place on August 1, 2023. We appreciate all of your support, whether that’s through a donation, sharing this post, or telling at least one other person about endo.
