My Story…
Dear Friends and Family,
As many of you know, two years ago my sister, Sarah, was diagnosed with stage 4 ovarian cancer - a brutal disease and diagnosis.
Two major surgeries, six rounds of chemo and several setbacks later, my vibrant sister never missed a beat and continued to spread messages of hope, positivity and ovarian cancer education wherever she went.
As part of this, her heart's mission is active involvement in her charity, the Colorado Ovarian Cancer Alliance (COCA). This nonprofit provides many vital programs to support women with ovarian cancer, just like Sarah - all at no cost.
COCA raises money for these programs through its annual Jodi's Race for Awareness, taking place every year at Denver's City Park. And, once again, Sarah and her team will join in as members of awesome and super-fun Sarah's Team F* Cancer.
So, here I am again this year, asking for you to please support us in our fundraising efforts by donating to this amazing nonprofit (please go to the "Make a donation" link on this page).
Any amount is greatly appreciated by Sarah and our ENTIRE family. Sarah wants to do whatever she can to bring hope, comfort, resources and early-symptom-detection information about this terrible disease to as many women as possible.
Thank you for any donation you can provide in helping Sarah and Team F* Cancer reach this goal.
With so much Gratitude, Kerry
