Help Hilary raise money

Hilary (Phillips) is participating in the Grey Highlands Gran Fondo Family Ride (27 km) on Sunday, September 10, 2023 – a fundraising event for the new Markdale Hospital.  She will be riding her classic Mariposa touring bicycle built by Mike Barry, in Toronto, in 1986.  Mike Barry’s son, Mike Barry Junior was a professional cyclist riding in many road racing events.  He was a member of the following bicycle racing teams:  Saturn Team, US Postal Team, T-Mobile Team, and Team Sky.  In 2012  he  retired from racing and has took over  his father’s hand made bicycle company - Mariposa Bicycles that continues to built first class bicycles.

Hilary has riden her Mariposa touring bike across Canada on many routes in different years from Prince Rupert to Halifax.  The Yellow Mariposa is quite simply in a class of its own!
