CO·MOTION: Center for Movement is a first-of-its-kind multicultural, multi-ethnic, arts, athletics, and wellness community. Combining a boxing gym, dance and fitness studio(s), game room and even a performance center, CO·MOTION’S space currently stretches over 40,000 square feet and is located in St. Paul Hamline Midway neighborhood. Outreach, scholarships, camps, and mentorship are all services CO·MOTION provides low-income individuals & families around St. Paul. CO·MOTION provides an intergenerational environment of healthy minds, bodies, and spirits that serve to enrich the broader community, with a focus on strengthening the underserved, low-income neighborhoods of Frogtown, Selby/Dale, Hamline-Midway in St. Paul.
