The Bouma Group Durham 1/4 Marathon - Run 4 Others (DQM:Run 4 Others) is Canada's ORIGINAL 1/4 Marathon and features the 1/4 Marathon event (10.55km) and the 1/8 Marathon event (5.27km) that takes you from city streets to the picturesque Oshawa Creek Trail and Waterfront Trails. This out-only event starts at 348 feet above sea-level and finishes at 272 feet above sea-level.
The event finishes with a great finish area with massage, a well stocked food tent and vendors of all sorts. Prize money to the top 3 men and women overall. The best part is that when you participate in the DQM:Run 4 Others - Run for Others, you also help homeless and street youth to find a renewed hope for their lives.

**New This Year: Let's Go Green**
We know that some of you have done many of these races before, and do it mostly for the actual run, and not for the stuff.. OR maybe your significant other has threatened to start using your 35 race tees as rags.. OR you are simply trying to do your best by lowering your carbon footprint on this beautiful earth. For whatever your reasons are, we are offering an OPT OUT option for all racers who would like to opt out of the race kits including t-shirt, (everyone will still receive their bib with chip timer and medal of course). Please be aware, if you click on the OPT OUT option for tshirt size that means you will not receive a race kit or tshirt.
FINISHER MEDALS for all participants
