The Big Run 5K presented by Michelob ULTRA
Be a part of something Big. More than a race, The Big Run is a celebration of running and the community it pulls together. For the seventh year, Fleet Feet is excited to bring the running community together to celebrate Global Running Day on June 7, this year at a new location: Creve Coeur Park in St. Louis. Participants can choose to receive a commemorative soft-style shirt, or opt-out of the swag to save on registration fees. All finishers receive this year's custom finisher medal. In-person participants can enjoy post-race refreshments, snacks, music, and more!

Prepare with The Big Run 5K Training Program!
New this year: The Big Run 5K Training! Presented by Brooks, this program is a learn to walk, run/walk or run program designed for the true beginner. During this 8-week program, participants are surrounded by a team of dedicated, motivated people all working toward the goal of becoming healthy and strong.
Training members can look forward to learning the proper form, stretching, hydration, and nutrition necessary for maintaining a new fitness routine. Our coaches are ready to help you move more comfortably and perform better at every stage of the journey while providing guidance that can push you toward your fastest 5K. Packet Pickup
You may pick up your packet and those of any friends and family at the listed times below.
- In-Person
- Tuesday, 6/6 | 11:00 am to 7:00 pm | Fleet Feet Des Peres
- Wednesday, 6/7 | 5:15pm-6:30pm | Tremayne Shelter - Creve Coeur Park
- Virtual Run Packets
- During registration, you will choose whether to pick up your packet at the packet pick-up, or have your packet mailed to you for an additional $10.
- If you choose to have your packet mailed, sign up by May 21 to receive your items by June 7. Packets will begin shipping on May 30th.
Awards
Awards will be awarded to the top three overall male/female finishers and the top three male/female in the following age groups: 19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+. The virtual event is ineligible for race awards and prizes.
