2023 Step Out for Bleeding Disorders Fundraising Walk

The HFMD invites you to participate in the 13^th Annual Step Out for Bleeding Disorders Fundraising Walk on Saturday, September 9, 2023, from 3:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m. at Como Park Picnic Pavilion, 1199 Midway Parkway, St. Paul, MN 55103. There will also be a live stream of the Walk on the HFMD Facebook Page. Walk start time is 4:00 p.m.

It's time for walkers, donors and team captains to register, donate or start organizing your teams and help raise money and awareness for bleeding disorders.

Prizes will be awarded to the TOP THREE Team Captains, based on the total donations raised. Team totals will be tallied Saturday at 3:30 p.m. Donations can be made in person at the event or on-line. Instead of t-shirts, we are excited to have new, stylish hand towels this year.

How long is the walk?

This year's walk is just over 2 miles, including one lap around Como Lake.
