Junior League of Memphis Witches Ride and Run 5K/10K

Race Experience

Calling all witches for a spooky, fun 5K/10K that circles through historic East Buntyn neighborhood. In addition to the traditional 5K/10K, the event will feature a 1-Mile Bike Parade and 1-Mile Fun Run. For the Bike Parade, dress in your most creative costumes and ride your decorated broomcycles along the race route. Costumes are encouraged and prizes will be awarded for Best Costume (adult and child) and Best Broomcycle (bike or golf cart). Of course, awards will also be given to top overall male and female 5K/10K runners. See awards for more details. This family-friendly Halloween celebration will offer children's games and activities, candy, food, and a Boo-mosa bar.

Making an Impact: Your registration directly supports the work that the JLM is doing in Memphis!

Funds raised through the JLM 5K/10K directly support the JLM's efforts to provide trained volunteers and financial support to community partnerships and programs. Your registration fee is going back to the following community programs: Baptist Camp Good Grief, Habitat for Humanity, Best Buddies, Sweet Cheeks Diaper Ministry, Memphis Tilth, Refugee Empowerment Program, REACH Memphis, G.R.O.W. Brewster, G.R.O.W. Binghampton, and Kids in the Kitchen.

Ghost Runner/Virtual Runner Closed

Not a runner/walker, but would like to support the JLM, sign up as a Ghost Runner/Virtual Runner. Going to be at the beach on race day, participate as a Ghost Runner/Virtual Runner. Record your activity using a run tracking app, such as the ASICS Runkeeper, and submit your results to the leaderboard following the event. Includes t-shirt and virtual results posting.
