Join us on Saturday June 3, 2023 at Prince Charles Public School in London, ON to run/walk together in support of Thames Valley Education Foundation’s (TVEF) Caring Fund! Our walk/run is 5K in length and participants can choose between a timed run and a fun run/walk.
Putting the FUN in FUNd...
We're getting back to making this run FUN! Want to run a timed race still? Go for it! We have a timer on-site again this year.
But maybe you want to slow it down, walk, or even just engage in some 'play'. We have that!
And, of course, colour your t-shirt! We want to make this run full of fun - and that includes colour!

Every year, TVEF grants out more than $250,000 to TVDSB students in emergency year. Every year, TVEF is only able to do it because of YOU. Every single dollar that goes back to students is from fundraising and donations. Help us help them - ask your friends, family and colleagues to support you at this years Run for the FUNd! With your help, we can give out more money to more students in need. Set up your own fundraising page right here on RaceRoster and share it on social media!

ABOUT THE CARING FUND
The Caring Fund supports students in emergency financial need with items such as food, clothing, transportation and temporary shelter, to ensure that they can continue to attend school and learn, even during a crisis. The Caring Fund also helps to reduce poverty-related stigma, strengthen the bond between school communities and at-risk youth, and provide immediate support (usually within 48 hours), while other community support systems (that require more paperwork and planning) are put into place.

Parking
Parking may be available on site at Prince Charles Public School, but it will be limited. There are several church parking lots in the area, as well as limited parking at Kiwanis Park and on nearby streets. We encourage carpooling! Please plan accordingly to give yourself enough time to arrive, check in, and warm-up!

Bring a smile and come bright, colourful and full of personality! Join us and decorate your race t-shirt (markers provided) and wear colourful running gear!
Water
We encourage you to join us and make this as eco-friendly as possible! We will have a water station on the route plus one at the event site (Prince Charles PS) with recyclable cups, however we encourage you to bring your own water bottle to refill. Early registrations will also include a Caring Fund branded water bottle!
