An approach to starting a running program with a particular focus on injury prevention. Let our expert staff help guide you through the transition from walking to running in a pain free, enjoyable way. Our program is geared to the true beginner. We will meet 2 times per week for instructor supported runs and will offer information sessions given by leading experts in areas of Nutrition, Recovery, Performance, Sports Medicine and Footwear.
We will meet every Tuesday and Thursday evening at 6:15pm for supported runs from SoleScience (627 Maitland St.).
Our Learn to Run program but with a professional shoe fitting (up to $160 value) to get you started off on the right foot.
