An approach to marathon training program with a particular focus on injury prevention. Let our expert staff help you reach your goal event with a run faster run less training philosophy. Following a program with proven success we will help you reach and even surpass your goals. We will meet 3 times per week for instructor supported runs and will offer information sessions given by leading experts in areas of Nutrition, Recovery, Performance, Sports Medicine and Footwear.
We will meet for 3 supported runs per week, Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6:15pm and Saturday mornings at 8:00am from SoleScience (627 Maitland St).
Our training program but including a pair of training shoes (up to $160 value) to get you off on the right foot. Our staff will fit you in a training shoe to help keep you injury free.
