Hello!
In just a few weeks we will be participating in the Pete Frates 5K. This year, all proceeds will benefit the ALS House Call Program at MGH.
The Mass General ALS House Call Program at the Sean M Healey & AMG Center for ALS helps to change the course of medical care planning and improve outcomes for people with ALS by bringing patient care into the home. The team visits patients and caregivers in the comfort of their homes with the goal of improving patient care while reducing the burden of accessibility and travel.
We hope you will consider donating to such an amazing cause, one that we hold so close to our hearts. All for Nana, Pete, and the entire ALS community.
