All participants must be race ready and at the start line 5 minutes prior to the start of their race
Event Precinct
Event Day Registration and Race Pack Collection
Registration is available on event day, up until 15mins before the race start. Registration will need to be made in person at the Registration Tent.
Race Pack Collection is available on event day, please ensure you plan ahead to have enough time to arrive at the event and collect your race pack before your race is due to start.
Race Packs can be collected pre-event on Friday 15 September (2pm - 5pm) and Saturday 16 September (10am - 3pm)
You may collect a race pack on behalf of another participant if you have their confirmation email.
Bag Drop
Your personal items will be safest if left with friends and family, however, we will provide a bag drop service for those who require it. Bag must be able to be fully closed. Items left here are at your own risk.
Transport & Travel
Driving
Free parking is available for all participants and spectators in the Griffith University Nathan campus East Car Park. Access to the car park will be open for the entire event so you can come and go as you please.
Buses
Buses will have access to the University on the morning of the event but will be redirected to the temporary bus stop outside N23. There may be some small delays to the bus services during the commencement of each race distance between 6:30am - 7:00am.
Road Closures
Full Road closures of the West Ring Road will be in place from 4:30am - 10:30am on event day. Additional partial road closures of West Creek Road, Science Road and the South Ring Road will be in place from 4:30am - 10:30am on event day with access still possible to the East Car Park at all times.
