BIB & SHIRT (if purchased) PICKUP is at Reason 2 Run, 428 Reid Street on Friday June 2nd & Saturday June 3rd 10am-5pm or Sunday June 4th at Lebourdais Park(by the spray park) at 8:00 am. Everyone starts at 9:00am so get there early if you are picking up a bib.
Road run event on the streets and paths in Quesnel BC with 3 distance options. 6.5k, 10k or 1/2 Marathon. Or you can choose the walk 6.5k option. Start & Finish is at beautiful downtown Quesnel's Lebourdais Park. Bring the whole family to cheer you on as there is a playground for the kids and a coffee house for adults to enjoy a beverage while they wait for you to cross the finish line. All distances will cover part of Quesnel's Riverfront Trail, Johnston Subdivision with the 1/2 Marathoners exploring South Quesnel to the turnaround at Dragon Lake Boat Launch. Aid station will be at this turnaround point.
All participants will receive a custom made finisher's medal, refreshments and snacks at the finish line. Top 3 finisher's in each category will receive a special prize from Reason 2 Run.

Mostly flat course that follows crosses the Quesnel River twice. There is a 1.5k gradual climb in the first half of the route with a turnaround at the top. There is a beautiful flat section along the Quesnel River Riverfront trail to take you to the finish.

Route covers 3 areas of Quesnel, 2 bridge crossings of the Quesnel River, and a turnaround point at beautiful Dragon Lake Boat Launch. There is a 1.5k gradual climb around the 3k mark, then flattens out to take you to Dragon Lake turnaround. Aid station will be there. You will return the way you came and come back to your 1.5k downhill which will take you back through Johnston Subdivision and riverfront trail to the finish.
