Join me for JCYC’s 13th Annual SF Aloha Run on Sunday, September 24th at Crissy Field in San Francisco!

This year's SF Aloha Run For Hope is focused on the future and young people who will one day be our community leaders. Proceeds from the 2023 SF Aloha Run for Hope will support JCYC’s scholarship programs which supports young people in pursuing higher education. This year, the organization is excited to announce that funds raised from the run will be used to launch the inaugural Julie Matsueda Believe Scholarship in addition to supporting the Excellence, Pathways and Thomatra Scott scholarship programs.

It is important for me to work at JCYC because the staff I work with at Chibi is like family to me and it feels comfortable working here. Most importantly, I like how JCYC and Chibi Chan implement great values such as compassion, diversity, and social emotional skills to teach our young children that are our future to make our world and organization better. These reasons are also my own values as well, especially treating everyone equally to show and teacher empathy to our children.
