Help Lily raise money

When I was in high school, I did a summer work program with my best friend called, Mayor's Youth Employment and Education Program (MYEEP).  It was a great time and best of all, I got to work with my friend. Now, years later, I'm working with the organization that continues to manage the program that gave me my first work experience. I love working at JCYC because I can give back to the community I grew up in.

As a way to give back, the money from this run will go toward a scholarship given to preschoolers to get a college fund started for them. As the cost of higher education goes up in this country, it becomes harder to obtain a college degree without going into massive debt. A scholarship like this will be a huge help to families like mine who did not have the resources to send their child off to college.

Due to the devastating Maui fires, a portion of the proceeds will also go to the Hawai'i People's Fund: Maui Aloha The People's Response.
