My Story…
I chose to work at JCYC because I love the sense of belonging and family it provides. I am not afraid of or feeling judged for asking questions or help because everyone is just very supportive and welcoming regardless of seniority/years with the organization. I am also a proud JCYC alumna! The youth programs that I was part of helped me develop professional skills and achieve my educational goals! I may not have been who I am today without the support of my JCYC mentors. I am privileged to hold a position that allows me work with youth and make an impact in young people's lives as well as in the community, which is an opportunity that not many jobs could offer.
