Help Maricar raise money

When I was a sophomore in high school, a friend of mine told me to apply for MYEEP because I told him I was in need of financially supporting myself. Before I knew it, I was a youth leader helping lead workshops for my peers and fell in love with creating new ways for people to learn. It was through JCYC MYEEP that I was able to figure out what kind of person I wanted to be and how I can be open to continuously grow. This program helped shape me as a leader, taught me financial literacy when no one else could and believed in me and my peers when no one in the classroom did. For the last 7 years I’ve had the honor of returning to JCYC MYEEP as a staff member and it’s a constant reminder of why we need programs like this for young people here in our city for as long as we can. Please help us continue supporting our young people by donating towards our annual Aloha Run where a portion will fund scholarships for our youth and the rest of our proceeds will go to support the devastating fires in Maui.
