A fun a flat 5km run/walk along Hamiltons Waterfront..traffic free! accurately measured and clearly marked.
Walkers will start at the same time as the runners....12 NOON

Directions- go down the hill into Bayfront Park all the way to the left until you are next to the rail yard(parking lots are there)...the trail starts there and we will be up the trail 100m in the gazeebo
