This is one of the best runs in Toronto! Just 10 minutes from downtown Toronto, the run takes place in the car-free and lovely Toronto Islands.
A flat 6 km course surrounded by the lake, under the trees, and followed by a super-friendly post-race picnic at the finish, it is one of the most pleasant evenings a runner can have!
To get to the start, take the Centre Island Ferry and then walk 700m to the Centre Island Pavilion. Give yourself lots of time to catch the ferry and get to the start line.
Later, as you return downtown, the sunset view from the ferry is Spectacular!
